Virginia Leisure Products charges a service call fee. This fee includes one hour of labor and travel to and area in the metropolitan Richmond area. If more than one hour is required, there is an additional hourly charge. Out-of-town service calls are billed per hour including travel time.
SERVICE CALL FEE SCHEDULE
- SERVICE CALL – (in the metropolitan Richmond area within a 30-minute radius)-$165.00
- Includes travel time and 1 hour of labor
- ADDITIONAL HOUR OF LABOR- $75 per hour
- OUT-OF-TOWN SERVICE CALLS- $75 per hour based on travel time and labor
